When I moved to LA for college, I was pretty healthy, working out one to two days a week and eating clean. But after I moved back home from college, I got very comfortable and didn’t keep up my healthy lifestyle. My love for food led me to binge eat often, and I had no motivation to workout because I was always tired and lazy from my poor diet. Realizing I needed to do something about my weight, I had a friend who told me about ASAP. I decided to try it, and I fell in love with it! It was quick (only an hour long), and with coaches right by your side I was motivated to give my all in each workout. My relationship for food has always hindered my weight loss, but with things like ASAP’s nutrition challenges and programs, I was able to stay on track and have motivation from the coaches to make healthy choices.
Fast forward to two years later, I have lost over 30 lbs, competed in my first CrossFit competition, and I have found a healthy lifestyle that is fun and positive. If it wasn’t for the coaches and the wonderful friends I have made here, I probably would have quit a long time ago. That extra push and motivation makes my experience here one of a kind. ASAP teaches you to stay dedicated and put your best effort in everything that you do.
