5 KB Swings

3 Goblet Squats

1 Inch Worm + Shoe Taps
1 Inch Worm + Shoe Tap = Inch Worm into push up position alternate bring one hand to opposite foot in a high plank for 6 Reps total 3 each foot. Then finish Inch Worm.

Cool Down

Roll Out (No Measure)
