Tyler also started CrossFit in 2009. After playing football and basketball in high school, Tyler was looking for something to stay competitive in. After trying CrossFit he instantly knew it was something he loved and wanted to pursue.

Jaimee started CrossFit in 2012 after competing in triathlons for several years. She has a strong passion for teaching the benefits of functional fitness to the children of our community. After getting burned out on the chronic cardio lifestyle followed by so many women, Jaimee was introduced to CrossFit through a friend, and she quickly discovered the health benefits of a constantly varied workout. She never got on a treadmill again!

BIOGRAPHY

Pinky has been working in a group exercise setting (including Boot Camp and Kickboxing) since 1997. She enjoys motivating people to strive toward a more fit and healthy lifestyle. She started taking CrossFit classes in January 2016. The weightlifting component combined with the cardio fitness workouts was enough to hook Pinky and her entire family. Joining the CrossFit ASAP coaching staff as a cardio instructor has been amazing! She hopes to continue working with the community to help people achieve their goals.
