Per ASAP Fitness policy, all members have the option to put their membership on hold one (1) time per calendar year from one (1) up to three (3) consecutive months. Holds are only for injury, extended vacations, or illness. Upon expiration of Hold Date above, member's account will automatically become active and payments shall resume. Once you resume your membership from being on hold, your billing date may or may not change depending on when the hold was placed. You will be credited for the days remaining from that months membership. Should member choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released, payments will resume and they will NOT be entitled to submit another hold during that same calendar year regardless of what amount of time is remaining on their hold request. After 3 months of being on hold, your membership will be cancelled. Should member elect to cancel during the Hold Period, they must submit an electronic cancellation form. The 30-day Cancellation will begin upon submission of the Cancellation Policy. The member will be subject to the 30-day Cancellation Policy per their Membership Agreement.

I understand that my draft will automatically restart after my hold period.

I understand that Holds for less than one (1) month are not available.

I understand that I may place my account on hold only one (1) time per calendar year, for up to three (3) consecutive months.

I understand that my hold cannot be applied retroactively and I must allow at least 5 days for the hold to be applied to my account.

I understand that if I cancel during the Hold Period, I must submit a separate Cancellation form and it will be subject to the Cancellation Policy per my Membership Agreement.
