The Crossfit ASAP Olympic Lifting program is intended for individuals wishing to significantly improve functional strength and power and the Olympic lifts specifically (clean and jerk and snatch). This individual has a greater affinity for strength and Olympic weightlifting than any other element of fitness, or wants to spend a period of time focusing on strength and power development and Olympic weightlifting as a means to enhance their CrossFit performance.
Each class is 1-hour in length and focuses on technical development of the lifts and will include a strength cycle as well.
Everyone who has participated in our Olympic weightlifting program has seen rapid improvement in their overall physical abilities. Development in the Olympic lifts develops strength, power and flexibility that translates to better performance in workouts and improvement as a CrossFit athlete.
