Before starting at ASAP I was very unhappy and had no motivation to work out. I was going to a regular gym but didn’t have that push I needed to see results. A friend invited me to try ASAP, but I was very hesitant to try a CrossFit style workout. I was not fit at all, I ate very unhealthy, and it seemed like it just wasn’t for me. But I was completely wrong! I tried a class and fell in love with it. The coaches there are excellent and help you see your full potential. Now I meal prep, workout consistently, and have made some amazing friends here. I love how everyone pushes and inspires each other; it’s one of the reasons why I stay. I have lost 30 pounds and counting!
