Daniel has always had a passion for physical activities and physical fitness. He is very driven and strives to motivate and inspire others. Daniel started Crossfit in 2013 and he has loved every moment of it. Daniel is excited to share his passion and knowledge to Crossfit ASAP.

Craig lived an unhealthy lifestyle after high school and realized quickly that being active would lead to a more fulfilling life. He signed up with ASAP three years ago and never looked back. Eventually, he decided he wanted to help others better themselves like ASAP did for him.

Kevin Ruoff

Kevin Ruoff

Kevin began his career as a lover of all sports. He always did a typical gym routine but needed more of a challenge. He started CrossFit three years ago after being pushed by his mother and brother to try it out. He has stuck with it ever since, enjoying the challenges it provides and the ability to always work towards achieving one’s goals. Kevin has now been coaching for over a year, and his prior experience as an athlete has helped him become a better trainer. He enjoys helping members find ways to improve their movements and techniques. His loves pushing every athlete to their fullest potential and help them accomplish their goals!

Alexandria started her athletics with a background in cheerleading. She coached cheer for over 10 years before making the switch to CrossFit. Alex found CrossFit after having her daughter, and has been going strong with it for over two years. She now coaches the Crunch Conditioning classes and enjoys being able to help others reach their goals.
