This week’s transformation comes from one of our favorite ASAP OG’s Suzanne. Suzanne has been working out here since the start, and the positive push from her son Anthony and the other coaches has helped her reach all of her goals! Suzanne has been consistent with her workout schedule and focuses on eating as clean as she can. Not only has ASAP helped her physically, but mentally as well! She loves the community here and the motivational mindset that she’s developed and adopted into her everyday lifestyle. She’s lost over 25 pounds and continues getting stronger and faster over time.
