For me you don’t have to think about what your going to do for a workout which was always a struggle to figure out. It’s already planned out for you, you just have to show up and get to work. The results are worth it! I have lost almost 80 pounds! I have more energy, I feel better about myself, and people notice which is really nice too. -Barb (Dixon Location)
