Craig lived an unhealthy lifestyle after high school and realized quickly that being active would lead to a more fulfilling life. He signed up with ASAP three years ago and never looked back. Eventually, he decided he wanted to help others better themselves like ASAP did for him.

I have been a member of ASAP Fitness since 2018 and a coach from 2020. When I joined this gym I had two very young boys and felt like I didn’t recognize my body.. I hadn’t worked out since high school and had ZERO experience in cross training. I joined during a 6 week challenge with very low expectations.. after the 6 weeks I was hooked! The coaches were amazing, and made me feel like I was in a safe space to learn and push myself at my own pace. So when the opportunity to become a coach was presented, I took a leap and never looked back. I love meeting new people from all walks of life and have made life long friends during my years here. I have gained strength, and confidence through the programming and LOVE to share that with others.

For me you don’t have to think about what your going to do for a workout which was always a struggle to figure out. It’s already planned out for you, you just have to show up and get to work.
