I have been working in a group exercise setting (including Boot Camp and Kickboxing) since 1997. I enjoy motivating people to strive toward a more fit and healthy lifestyle. I started taking CrossFit classes in January 2016. The weightlifting component combined with the cardio fitness workouts was enough to get me hooked and my entire family. Joining the ASAP Fitness coaching staff as a Pulse instructor has been amazing! I hope to continue working with the community to help people achieve their goals and feel good about themselves.

For me you don’t have to think about what your going to do for a workout which was always a struggle to figure out. It’s already planned out for you, you just have to show up and get to work.
