All classes are constantly varied, using functional fitness movements. They combine weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio to give a world class workout while having fun!
A 30 minute high energy class designed to give you a great workout and let you get on with your day! With all the benefits of our normal CrossFit classes, we took out the complex barbell and gymnastic movements, added in suspension training and other cardio movements.
ASAP offers one on one personal training that allows us to design a program to meet any specific goal. This is also a great option if you prefer to train alone or want more attention than a group class.
Our Olympic weightlifting program is intended to work on technique for the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and to get you strong! Development in the lifts bring increases in strength, power, coordination, and flexibility that will produce improvements in CrossFit workouts or any sport.
