Our Crunch class is a 30 minute cardio class designed to give you a great workout if you are crunched on time or what to do a little extra! With all the benefits of our normal CrossFit classes, we took out the complex barbell and gymnastic movements. This is a high energy class that will definitely improve your cardiovascular and muscle endurance.
Our Olympic weightlifting program is intended to work on technique for the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, and to get you strong! Development in the lifts bring increases in strength, power, coordination, and flexibility that will produce improvements in CrossFit workouts and also in any sport.
